πŸš” Drug Arrest – U.S. Gas Incident πŸš”

On the morning of October 9th, 2025, Kingston Township Police Officers responded to the U.S. Gas Station for a report of an unresponsive male inside a vehicle.

Upon arrival, officers attempted to wake the male. As they did so, the individual began acting as if he was operating the vehicle by steering the wheel and honking the horn. For the safety of all involved, officers immediately intervened to prevent further danger.

While on scene, officers observed hypodermic needles in plain view inside the vehicle, and the male admitted to using he**in earlier in the day. K9 Dilly was deployed to assist and alerted to the driver-side seam area of the vehicle.

A search warrant was subsequently obtained, resulting in the seizure of suspected he**in/fentanyl and ma*****na.

Charges will be filed against the male in connection with this investigation.

We thank the community for their continued support as we work to keep Kingston Township safe.

🚨 Investigation Update 🚨

The Kingston Township Police Department would like to update the community regarding a recent investigation into a theft case.

The stolen property was valued at over $4,000. The case was assigned to our Criminal Investigation Unit, who immediately began working to identify the suspect and recover the stolen property.

Through diligent investigative work, and with the assistance of outside agencies including the Duryea PD, as well as information gathered through intelligence reports entered by our Criminal Investigator, officers were able to locate the stolen property.

Multiple search warrants were executed at a residence in Duryea Borough. As a result of these warrants, officers were able to recover the stolen property. Following interviews and further investigation, officers identified a suspect responsible for the theft.

This successful resolution would not have been possible without the assistance of the Duryea PD, along with our Criminal Investigator's dedicated work.

We are proud of the collaborative effort that led to solving this case and recovering the stolen property for the victim.

There is a police presence outside a computer repair shop in Duryea.
