ATTENTION PARENTS:

Thank you again for a great summer! Here are the items we’ve collected from the lost and found. Please pick it up by next Friday at the municipal building. They are open Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM. Any items not picked up will be donated. If you have scheduling conflicts please reach out to the municipal building to set up a pick up date. I will post pictures of the items as well. Thanks!

ATTENTION PARENTS:
Tomorrow is the last day of camp. Thank you guys for an awesome summer! We all had a great time and I’m hoping your kiddos did too! Please see below for important reminders for tomorrow’s last day of camp party.

* please pack a bathing suit, towel, change of clothes, sunscreen, enough water and snacks.
* Lunch will be provided tomorrow (we are getting pizza Bella)
* Be sure they get enough sleep and come prepared to celebrate the end of summer!

Tomorrow we are going to the Movies. As always check in is between 7:30 and 7:50 AM. The bus leaves at 8:00 AM. Please do not be late or you will not receive a refund. Tomorrow is pajama day so please wear pajamas for the movie and pack an extra pair of clothes for the park. Thanks!

ATTENTION PARENTS:
We are headed home from Hershey Park now. There was a tornado warning which closed all the rides in the park. Estimated time of arrival is 7:15 PM. Please be at the park no later than 7:30 PM for pick up. Thanks!

ATTENTION PARENTS;
Tomorrow we are going to Hershey Park. Please see below for important details:
* The Martz bus is leaving at 7:30 AM. Check in will begin at 7:00 AM. Please do not be late or the bus will leave without you and you will not receive a refund.
* Please bring a few dollars each to pay the bus driver’s tip.
* Please pack a drawstring bag with a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, souvenir money, and anything else your child may need.
* Keep in mind Hershey Park is a cashless park. Cash is able to be used at the Chocolate World gift shop. There are cash to card kiosks located in the park. Hershey Park also sells e-gift cards for extra drinks, snacks, etc within the park.
* There is no need to pack a lunch, each child will receive a meal voucher to be used for lunch.
* Please pack a dinner/snacks for the bus ride on the way home.
* The bus will arrive at the park roughly at 8:00 PM. Please be at the park at 8:00 PM to pick up your child.
* If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to me. My phone will be on all night.

Tomorrow we are going to Cinemark movie theatre to watch Lyle Lyle Crocodile. Please see below for important information:

* We want to take a new group photo tomorrow. Please send your child in pajama pants and their orange t-shirt. Slippers are encouraged but not required. Please also pack a change of clothes for the park tomorrow after the movie.
* The bus us leaving at 8:00 AM tomorrow. Check in is between 7:30 and 7:50 AM. Please do not be late for check in or you will be turned away with no refund.
* Please do not send your camper with additional money. They will not be permitted to buy extra snacks.

ATTENTION PARENTS:

Tomorrow (7/31) we are going to montage mountain water park. Please see below for important information regarding the trip:

* The bus is leaving the park at 10:15 AM. Please be on time or the bus will leave without you and no refund will be issued.
* The bus will return to the park around 6:30 PM. Please be on time to pick up your camper.
* Pack enough sunscreen, water, and snacks for your camper.
* Lunch WILL NOT be provided. Additionally no outside food is allowed. Please pack a lunch small enough to fit in their bag so they can sneak it in.
* Pack a change of clothes and under garments.
* Pack a towel, sunglasses, extra money (optional), and flip flops/water shoes

ATTENTION PARENTS:

Tonight the activities for next week are closing at 11:59 PM. Please be aware that once the sessions close they will not reopen. I know we are having trouble with the ultra camp link so if you are unable to log on please notify me and I will sign your child up today.

Please check your ultra camp accounts and pay any balances on the account. Balances are listed on the ultra camp site WITHOUT parenthesis.

Activities for next week include:

Monday 7/31- Montage Mountain Water Park (only advanced swimmers will be permitted on this trip)

Tuesday 8/01- Park Day

Wednesday 8/02- Movies at Cinemark: Lyle Lyle Crocodile

We are having an early dismissal today due to a malfunction with all of the toilets on site. Please pick up your camper by 3:00 PM at the latest. Please message me back to let me know you got the message. We also do not know when the problem will be fixed so camp may be cancelled tomorrow as well. ATTENTION PARENTS:
Tomorrow we are going to the Lakawanna Coal Mine tour. Please see below for important information:

* the bus is leaving at 10:00 AM. Please be on time or the bus will leave without you and you will not receive a refund.
* The mine is very cold so please pack a sweatshirt for your camper.
* Please pack enough snacks, water, and sunscreen for your camper.
* We are eating lunch at McDade park following the tour so please pack a lunch suitable for a picnic.
* Souvenir money is optional. Please tell your camper what they are and are not permitted to buy.

ATTENTION PARENTS:
Tomorrow (7/21) is a park day where we are completing the DIY stuffed animal activity. Please see below for important information:

* Sign in starts at 8:30 AM. Sign in for park days is any time. Please keep in mind we are stuffing the animals in the morning between 9-12. Sign out is also at any time between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
* Please pack an adequate lunch, water, snacks, sunscreen, a bathing suit, beach towel, and change of clothes.
* Closed toed shoes must be worn at the park. NO EXCEPTIONS.
* Please be sure your camper eats an adequate breakfast before coming to camp.
