Erin’s Little Embrace Volunteer Event!!!

I would love to have a packed house of volunteers who are helping me sort dress bins tomorrow at the ACA in Shawnee starting at 10:30am

How can you help if you can’t attend?

-You can share this with all your friends and family!!!
Your church groups, school PTA, neighbors, friends, family text messages, your pages, any and all ways to spread the word that we are in need of new or gently used dresses – dress racks – dry cleaning services – and volunteers to help local KC women in need.

Erin’s Little Embrace is a strong non-profit dedicated to empowering & supporting KC women in need.

100% of the proceeds generated here will benefit Kansas City women with dresses and support during a time in their life when they need to know their community loves and cares about them.

One person can make a difference.

Every donation will make a difference.

But for Erin her true mission isn’t all about a dress - it’s much more than that - it’s about supporting women in our community who are struggling right now.

She wants to look them in the eye and say - I see you - and with community helpers on this project - we see you - your community is here - for any women in need right now - you are going to be alright ❤️

One person can make a difference.

I had this idea to donate my work dresses…

Last week ➡️ I was offered an amazing space by Ann DeAngelo ACA Business Club to give KC women a safe space to pick my dresses.

Today ➡️ all my dreams came true ❤️

I walked into this room of INCREDIBLE WOMEN who want to help HUNDREDS of Kansas City women in need with me.

They understand.

This isn’t all about a dress - it’s more than that to me - it’s about supporting women in our community who are struggling right now.

I want to look them in the eye and say - I see you - we see you - your community is here - you are going to be alright ❤️

This room today was filled with so much love and heart. Everything and anything I would ever need to help our community - these ladies provided all it - and so much more than I could have ever imagined or envisioned. 😭😭😭

I am speechless and incredibly grateful.

Stay tuned Kansas City……AMAZING THINGS THINGS ARE ABOUT TO HAPPEN for hundreds of local women in need!!!!! 🙌🏻🙏🙌🏻🙏

It’s HAPPENING!!!!!!

Before we head to the KC Current game today - I am teaching my girls about serving our community - and specifically helping to empower the women of our KC Community ❤️

The stars have perfectly aligned and this angel - Ann DeAngelo - with ACA Business Club has graciously offered her time - talents - and space for my dress donations.

Does anyone in Fairway, Mission, Prairie Village own a self storage company? (Near my work)

I need a short term place to store these bins until I can figure out my next steps ❣️

I have HUNDREDS of dresses.

Only a handful have sentimental value to me.

I don’t need all of these.

And I am guessing some of you could really use something new and I would love to help 💖🧡

I have buckets and buckets and buckets of dresses.

Most aren’t designer - just simple classic cut dresses or something a little unique I liked.

I know there are lots of great resources in our community where I could drop them off - but I would love to hand them off myself to someone in our community who just needs a little boost.

A little hug. Positive spirit. Just me. It’s not a thing or an organization. Just one person trying to help another.

I have no idea what I am doing - but any and all ideas or support are welcome- please DM me.

I know it’s been a hard couple years for some many in our community - it’s just the smallest way I can give back and share some positive light and love to others 💫💫
