OPEN HOUSE AT THE SHAWNEETOWN PUBLIC LIBRARY; OCT.17 8;00A.M. until 2;00 p.m. Non-resident library cards will be half - price on Sat. 17 ($ 15.00) for one day only. City resident cards are free with correct ID and proof of residents in city limits. Every one must pickup a new library card from the library after Oct. 17th. We will be online at this time.

The library has a nice collection of Reading Rainbow DVD,s and new IPADS , Reading Rainbow programs downloaded on IPADS and new collection of Reading Rainbow books ----- and new young adult books have been added to our library collection. Come check out our library----- Microfilm---- genealogy-----obits ----biography-----laptops and computers available for you at the library.
