Prayers for those on Cedar Grove Fire Department and First Responders tonight as they mourn the loss of one of their own.

With heavy hearts, we mourn the loss of our brother, Mark Navis who faithfully served our department for 23 years. His dedication, courage, and commitment to protecting others will never be forgotten. We honor his service and extend our deepest condolences and prayers to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of serving alongside him.

We will share more details later regarding services and memorials.

Rest easy brother. We’ll take it from here.

Last night we lost one of our Original members of the TSFD Honor Guard. Lt. Diener was instrumental in the department training and the cadet program, showing youth what the fire service is and mentoring them.
