⚡ Calling all book-loving tweens! Share the stories you love with fellow readers and jump into creative activities this summer at our Tween Fan Club.

First up: Percy Jackson, from 4-5 p.m. on Thursday, June 11. Find out who your Greek god or goddess parent would be, create a customized Camp Half-Blood necklace, and play Percy Jackson-themed games with other fans.

Last week's Sheboygan County Memory Cafe was filled with music and memories — and the fun continues next month!

Join us on Friday, June 26, from 10–11:30 a.m. in the Rocca Room for a themed social gathering designed for people living with memory loss. It's a chance to have fun, share experiences, and stay connected in a comfortable, welcoming environment.

📚☀️ Keep your kids reading this summer and help build a community of readers with the Mead Library Summer Reading Program!

The program, which begins today, is free and open to all ages.

Children automatically earn FREE BOOKS and other rewards for reading, while becoming eligible to win prizes, including an Amazon Fire Tablet, Instax Camera, art kit, LEGO sets and much more.

Kids entering 6th grade and up this fall can sign up for the Acuity Insurance Cool Picks Teen Summer Reading Program and earn the chance to win a Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series S, art kit, Beats earbuds and other prizes.

Adults aren't left out either — adult participants are eligible to win gift cards from WordHaven BookHouse, Stefano's Slo Food Market, Chicory Root Tattoo Studio and Victory Games.
