Officer Meyer will be at the northside Walmart (4433 Vanguard Dr) on Saturday, August 29th from 11am to 2pm for "Stuff the Squad" to support Safe Harbor.

Please consider stopping by to donate needed items for those staying at the shelter:
-Paper towel and Kleenex
-Shower caddies
-Body bath towels
-King size pillows and pillow cases
-Twin size bedding
-Large black garbage bags
-Baby monitors

Today we partnered up with Big Brothers Big Sisters WI Shoreline and hosted a “kicking it with the cops” event! We hosted a kick ball game with kids on the waiting list for BBBS, and then Culver's treated us to custard after 😍♥️🍦

If you or someone you know can spare some extra time and would be a good role model, sign up to be a “big” to a kid who would appreciate it 🫂

Today was a very special day, it was my friend Liam’s 4th birthday!🎉

Liam’s grandpa reached out to me saying Liam wanted the police to stop over at his house for his birthday today. Liam loved my storytime I did recently at the Library, and wanted me to stop by and wish him a happy birthday.

I gathered up some gifts, said hello, and showed him my squad car. This was so fun and I was happy to bring some happiness to Liam birthday! 🥰

🚔August Pawlice Report: Stray vs Surrender 🐾

This month we are focusing on the difference between a surrender vs stray.

If you find a stray animal, please bring them to the Humane Society! Even if there is no staff, officers will assist in bringing them inside.

If you need to surrender your pet, arrange for an appointment to surrender them! This makes the transition for your pet more comfortable. Please do not abandon them. There is no judgment in surrendering your pet to the Humane Society!

As Sheboygan County's only open-admissions shelter, they are here to help when there are no other options.

If you need to rehome your pet, please schedule a surrender appointment with their Admissions Team.

Yesterday I had my Stuff the Squad event with Kindred Heart Families, Inc. Walmart Sheboygan - S Taylor Dr dropped off a HUGE donation of back to school supplies and a bunch of snacks for the officers 😊 Their support was amazing ❤️

I ended my day at 3 Sheeps Brewing Company to support the Humane Society of Sheboygan County’s Ales for Tails fundraiser 🐕

Yesterday NBO Fickett and I got to participate at the Mead Public Library’s “Be my Neighbor Storytime”. We also brought along our Chief, Kurt Zempel! We got to read books, sing songs, and dance around with the kids! After we quickly showed them our police vehicles as it was very hot out ☀️

Afterwards we checked out this pop up self serve cooler selling cakes pops. I thought this was a super cool idea! 🍰
