27th Annual "Back to the Beach" Potluck Picnic is happening on Wed., June 17 from 6-8pm at Shelburne Beach! Shelburne residents are invited to join us for a fun evening socializing with your friends and neighbors while enjoying hamburgers, hotdogs, veggie burgers and chips along with other side dishes that guests bring to share! Green salads, pasta salads, fruits and desserts are welcome additions. The Historical Society will also be present to help us honor the Nation's 250th anniversary by providing old fashioned games and a sheet cake to share! There will also be bounce houses for the kids.

SHELBURNE BAY PARK MOORINGS AVAILABLE
The Shelburne Bay Park Mooring Management Area is located adjacent to the State of Vermont Fishing Access off from Bay Road. The Town of Shelburne maintains 68 moorings marked with Hazelett mooring buoys. The moorings rest in a quiet cove which is relatively protected from most wind directions. Mooring depths range from 6.5 – 25ft.

The Town has several moorings available for the 2026 boating season. Applicants will be accommodated on a first come first serve basis. Registration forms are available at the town office or online.
