Introducing Wednesday Drop-Off Play! 💛

Your 2–4 year old gets three hours at The Play Place to play, create, make little friends, have a snack and basically develop their own social life.

And you? Book the hair appointment. Go to the gym. Get some work done. Run errands. Or sit in your car in complete silence for 20 minutes before doing any of those things. 😂

They’re happy, safe and having their own fun — and you get a little room in your week to be a person, too.

And because real life does not need another monthly commitment:

Bring a change of clothes — or honestly, a bathing suit might be the move. 😂

BONUS: They’re spending the morning in a giant bubble bath, so Friday night’s bath is looking suspiciously optional. 🫧😂

WOW! Thank you so much for all the love for Messy Play Friday! 💛 We are officially FULL for this morning’s session.

If you don’t already have a reservation, we’d love to see you for Open Play after 12:00 PM instead! The play floor will be open, the A/C will be on, and the café will be ready with your favorite drinks. ☕🛝

Well… this wasn’t on our bingo card. 😅

We just received notice from the City of Shelby that our water will be shut off tomorrow (Wednesday) from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM due to construction happening in front of our building.

Unfortunately, that means The Play Place will be closed tomorrow. 💔

We’re so sorry for the short notice! We literally just found out ourselves, and we know this may throw a wrench in your plans.

✨ But let’s make the best of it…

We’ve been thinking about opening for Open Play on Saturday, August 8, from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM! Would that be something your family would enjoy?

We’ll need at least 5 reservations to make it happen, so let us know in the comments or react to this post if you’d come! If there’s enough interest, we’ll get it on the calendar. 🤍

Can we all agree that moms deserve to enjoy the birthday party too? 🥹

Today’s birthday family chose our Gold Party Package, so we took care of the decorating, food, dessert, setup, and cleanup while they just…showed up and celebrated. 💛

They even opened a café tab for their guests, so parents could grab handcrafted drinks throughout the party. I LOVED that idea. ☕✨

There’s something really special about watching a mom get to be present instead of worrying about the next thing on her checklist.

Well… this Tuesday is a little too quiet. 🥲

Since we don’t have any reservations on the schedule today, we’re going to close a little early at 1:00 PM so we can make it to dance camp this afternoon. 💃💕

If you’ve been thinking about getting out of the house, this is your sign! Come let the kiddos play, grab yourself a coffee, and enjoy the whole place while it’s extra quiet. We’d love to see some friendly faces before we lock up for the day. 💛
