As students across Ohio start heading back to school, thousands of children will once again be standing along our roadways and crossing streets to board their school buses.

A few extra seconds of patience behind the wheel can prevent an unnecessary tragedy.

When you see a school bus, slow down, remove distractions, and be prepared to stop.

The members of the Shelby Fire Department are honored to serve and protect our community while carrying forward the values that have made America strong for generations. As we celebrate this historic milestone, we remember those who came before us, honor those who serve today, and look ahead with pride and commitment to the future.

We are over half way through this year. Our run numbers have been trending upwards over the past several years, with this year being no exception. When the fire department took over EMS in 2023, we have been proudly serving our residents providing high quality Paramedic level service. We love our community and proud to serve!
