🏀🐾 Congratulations to our UES MVP “Starting 5!” 🐾🏀
At Union Elementary, we believe in Making Every Moment Count, and these five incredible team members do just that! Our MVP Awards recognize staff members who consistently demonstrate the qualities that make our school stronger, our students more successful, and our team better.
These are the members of our Starting 5:
🏀 Ms. Norman — Be Present
Ms. Norman is dependable and reliable, always showing up for her team and contributing in meaningful behind-the-scenes ways for her coworkers. She builds positive relationships, stays actively engaged, comes prepared, and consistently maintains high expectations. Her presence and commitment make a positive impact on our entire team.
🏀 Mrs. Tallent — Be Persistent
Mrs. Tallent has high expectations for all students. She challenges them, refuses to give up on them, and never allows them to give up on themselves. When something is not working for a child, she seeks solutions and continues encouraging them to “keep on keeping on!”
🏀 Mrs. Harrill — Be Positive
Mrs. Harrill keeps us sane! She maintains a positive attitude about students, staff, and the challenges we may face. No matter the situation—personal or professional—she has something positive to say and keeps those around her uplifted while also reminding us of the important necessities of our profession.
🏀 Mrs. Gorski — Be Prepared
Mrs. Gorski is well-organized (with her numerous spreadsheets... LOL!), a great collaborator, and someone who always sends positive vibes. Her preparation and organization help make our team better every day!
🏀 Mrs. Beheler — Be a Team Player
Mrs. Beheler always shows up for her team in every way. She is dependable, supportive, and willing to step in whenever she is needed. Her commitment to teamwork, willingness to help others, and strong leadership make her an invaluable part of the Union Elementary team.
Congratulations to our Starting 5! 🏆 These five MVPs represent the very best of what it means to be a Union Terrier. We are so thankful for the way they support students, encourage their coworkers, and make a difference in our school each and every day.
