We are thankful for grassroots organizations like the Tennessee Farm Bureau Federation that care about their members, understand the issues they face, and go the extra mile to be a voice for agriculture at the state and federal levels.

Last night, our members had the opportunity to see Farm Bureau in action at one of their regional policy meetings. Local agricultural producers from surrounding counties shared the challenges they face every day, discussed possible solutions, and made their voices heard.

We are grateful for opportunities like this that allow our members to see firsthand how agricultural policy is shaped and how important it is for producers to advocate for their industry.

Thank you, Tennessee Farm Bureau, for being a strong voice for agriculture and for inviting the future generation of agricultural leaders to be a part of the process!

🎡 **It's Fair Time in Bedford County!** 🎡

The Bedford County Fair is more than just rides and great food—it's a celebration of our agricultural heritage and the hardworking farmers, families, and youth who help make our community so special. It's a time to showcase livestock, crops, talents, and traditions while bringing our community together to celebrate agriculture.

This year, **Community, Cascade, and Bedford County FFA** have teamed up to host an FFA booth, and we'd love for you to stop by and visit us!

At our booth you'll find:
💙 Coloring pages and stickers for our youngest fairgoers
👕 A chapter T-shirt giveaway
📸 A fun opportunity for FFA alumni and future members

**FFA Alumni & Future Members:** Stop by the booth, take a picture, and post it on social media. Tag the FFA chapter you graduated from or plan to join, and you'll be entered into a drawing for that chapter!

We'd also love to see your FFA memories. Share a picture of yourself in your blue jacket or tell us your favorite memory made while wearing the blue corduroy. There's something special about the friendships, lessons, and experiences that come with being part of FFA, and we'd love to celebrate those memories with you.

Bring your youngest fairgoers to the fair on Monday night. We will be helping with the youth fair night. We have a lot of fun activities for them to participate in.

Day 1 of Officer Retreat: Complete! ✅

Today, our officer team focused on team building, self-reflection, and developing leadership skills as we prepare for an exciting year ahead. These activities are helping lay the foundation for a successful year of serving our chapter and community.

A huge thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Fayard for graciously allowing us to use their facilities at Stonewall Ridge Farms for the first day of our officer retreat. We truly appreciate your hospitality!

We would also like to extend a special thank you to 2025–2026 Past Tennessee State FFA Officers Ari Mota and Abigail Whicker for taking the time to facilitate today's activities and invest in our officer team. Your leadership, guidance, and encouragement made a lasting impact.

We had a great day today! We are thankful for everyone who brought out their pups and bought plants. A special thank you to Mrs. Weise, SCHS NHS, our members, and the groomers who donated their time to help.

Due to the forecast of rain and potential high wind gust we have cancelled the petting zoo and dog accessory yardsale Saturday 4-25-26. GROOMING and the PLANT SALE are still happening as well has the homemade pie sale . Please stop by for some plants and support the CTE and FFA students .
