Pearl, Jade, and Jet are adorable 3-month-old Poodle/Chihuahua/Yorkie (our best guess...) mixes looking for their forever homes! ❤️

These playful, curious pups are at the perfect age to begin learning how to be great family companions.

🐶 Remember—puppies are a commitment! Their new families should be prepared for potty training, teething and chewing, basic training, socialization, and plenty of time and attention. Accidents and puppy mischief are all part of the process, so patience and consistency are a must!

❤️ Adopting a puppy is a lifetime commitment that includes continued training, routine veterinary care, and all the love and responsibility that comes with adding a new family member.

Joey is a Chihuahua mix, approximately 1.5 years old, and weighs around 9 pounds. This little guy may be small, but he has a BIG personality and plenty of energy!

Joey is a very energetic, playful boy who would love an active family that can keep up with him. Whether it’s going for walks, playing in the yard, or heading out on adventures, Joey is ready to be right there with you.

After being found as a stray, Joey deserves to know what it feels like to have a safe, loving home where he can be part of the family. 🏡💙

The Shelby County Humane Society will be closed today, July 4, in observance of Independence Day. We will reopen during our normal business hours.

As you celebrate, please remember to keep your pets safe:

🐾 Make sure collars and ID tags are secure.
🐾 Provide a quiet, comfortable place where they can feel safe.
🐾 Never leave pets unattended outdoors during fireworks.

🐾💕 Meet Peanut, Marshmallow & Caramel! 💕🐾

These adorable brothers are 3.5 months old and ready to find their forever homes!

Peanut, Marshmallow, and Caramel came into our program after they were found in a shed with their mother when they were just 2 weeks old. Thanks to lots of love and care, they've grown into happy, healthy kittens with wonderful personalities.

These boys are incredibly affectionate, playful, and full of kitten energy. They love wrestling with each other, chasing toys, exploring their surroundings, and then settling in for cuddles when playtime is over. Whether you're looking for a playful companion or a snuggle buddy, these sweet boys have you covered.
