6/27: They’re going mobile! Visit their Charcuterie Cart at Talon’s Petals & Pours (4–7 PM). Interested in booking the cart? Reach out to them directly.

6/28: Open Tuesday–Saturday
Sunday & Monday reserved for private events

7/1: Expanded menu launches with more sandwich options and dine-in charcuterie boards in their new lounge.

Late July (pending approval): Wine joins the menu as they transition into the anticipated “Speak Ch‑Easy.” Hours may adjust—reservations encouraged for small groups and private gatherings.
