Dylan’s headed back to school! He doesn’t have a sign but if he did it’d say…

🌟My name is Dylan.
🎒 It’s my first week of EMT class.
💙 I want to do something where I can help people and make a difference when they need it most.
🍎 I’m excited to learn how to handle real emergencies and be able to stay calm and know what to do when someone needs help. I’m also excited to learn more about patient assessment, medical emergencies and trauma and all the skills that come with being an EMT.
🚑 I want to be an EMT when I grow up!

Dylan has been on our team for 3 years as a driver. He’s a valuable part of our team and we’re excited to have him level up as a care provider! When you see him around town, be sure to wish him good luck.

Our team had a weekend of first aid and fun helping everyone who travelled to Sheldon have a safe RiseFest. Here are a few snippets of our team you may have seen out and about in float groups or “resting up” before their next round on the grounds.

Maintainer Corporation of Iowa, Inc. celebrated their 50th anniversary today with a community celebration. It was a great day to gather together. Our team enjoyed being on standby and supporting our members who proudly work at Maintainer!

We spent this week grateful to serve along side each other on calls, at our annual fundraiser supper, and at our biweekly meeting. It’s a pleasure to have such a great team to serve our community with!

We can’t wait to serve you TONIGHT from 5:00-7:00pm at the Crossroads Pavilion!!

Take the guessing out of dinner. Have taverns, coney dogs, and hot dogs! Stop in and sit or get yours to go.

Free will donations accepted. All funds raised will be used to purchase a side by side for when emergencies happen outside the home in hard to access places.
