Hello friends,
The Chapman Estate will be hosting its 9th annual Swingin By the Sea fundraiser this September 21, 2024. Tickets go on sale on August 1 at the website, chapmanestatefoundation.org.
This years's event will be honoring our dedicated and talented board member, Norma Gurba-Kleit, who left us far too soon. She spent endless hours curating the inside of Clifford and Don's home with care and love. The Chapman Estate Foundation is looking forward to a time when the public will be able to tour inside the home. You will then be able to realize how lucky we all are that Clifford gave this unique gift to the community and to see examples of Norma's professional and caring touch in every room.
We have asked Norma's friend and local artist, Paula Delay, to create a special piece of art for the cover design of this year's program in her honor. This piece will then be sold during the live auction. We are all so grateful for this wonderful tribute and look forward to seeing you in September.

Tomorrow is “Giving Tuesday,” a day promoting global generosity. The Chapman Estate Foundation supports cultural experiences and provides for the preservation of the Estate while honoring Clifford Chapman’s legacy. 🏠

Originally constructed in 1929 & 1930 by the Rogers family, the Chapman Estate has many areas which need vital attention from the iconic windmill to the conservation of historic personal belongings.
