Never a dull moment when rodeo is in town! This morning five rodeo horses got out of their fenced area and made it to the river where they got stuck in the muck. All horses were able to be rescued. Thank you to the cowboys, Spooner Police, Spooner Fire, Spooner Utilities, Jocks Recovery and Towing, and local residents.
