We often focus on men’s physical health, but their is equally important. This , you can support the men and boys in your life:
• Start a conversation: Check in with the men in your life and ask them how they’re doing
• Share resources: Let the men in your life know mental health support is available – and it works.
• Create safe spaces: Make homes, workplaces, schools, barbershops, gyms, churches, and other locations judgment-free zones so men feel comfortable opening up about what’s weighing them down

Summer is here, but asthma doesn't take a vacation!
If you or your child has asthma, it's important to keep taking medications as prescribed. Even when symptoms feel under control. Skipping or stopping medication can increase the risk of an asthma attack, and summer triggers like heat, humidity and outdoor allergens can make things worse when you least expect it.

Stay consistent, stay safe and enjoy your summer! Learn more at https://ow.ly/l1TS50Z8lsQ.

With tick activity reaching its peak for the season, our monitoring shows nymphal deer (blacklegged) are now outnumbering adult ticks in Wisconsin. Nymphal ticks are very small – about the size of a poppyseed. This makes them hard to spot and remove quickly, which is why they have a higher potential to spread disease. With severe weather possible over the next couple of days, now is the time to know where your safe place is located.
👉 For houses and apartments: Get to the lowest level of the building. Go to an interior room away from windows.
👉 If you are in a mobile home, you may need to leave if a tornado watch is issued and head to a safer and more sturdy building. This is to allow you time to get to a safe location before a tornado warning is issued
