Thank you all for a wonderful year. I will be back in the office mid August. Until then, take the summer to read, create, plan, play, and rest. We all need a reset sometimes. Use the Cedar Counseling Center site to support your goals. Dreams turn into plans with a to-do list and time.

Use the summer to check out your intended plans for after high school. Email that college and go on a tour. Research that apprenticeship. Look at your YouScience again and think about how it connects to your next steps.

Two invites are attached — one for Friends of Cedar, an opportunity to get involved in Cedar's growth and development, and one for fall Orientations, our way of resetting and resuming school culture. Save these dates and we will see you soon.

We had a great time today with Sam Miller. He's a good dude and a Friend of Cedar!

I did comedy at another High School. This time I was at Cedar High School in Shelton. It was wonderful!

A lot of folks say a lot of things about the youth nowadays...

I don't know about all that...

My own kids, as well as the young people I meet doing these comedy shows at high schools give me hope.

If you're a student at Cedar High School and you see this, thank you so much. You were a wonderful crowd and you legit warmed my heart.

Just a sample of the magic last night at Cedar graduation 2026. This is year 6 of our special little school and the magic keeps coming. Wheels for Hope has helped us have a loving tradition with the classic car parade for the last 5 years! Julianne Gale, Luanne Bigbear, Alan Ramirez and Anderson Porter spoke of gratitude, commitment, and belief that we all can continue to grow. V Johnny Bruni tied the bow of past, present and future with honesty and grace. More photos to come!

The Native Club's Community Cleanup 2026 event was outstanding. Cedar High School and CHOICE High School cleaned up the Teresa Johnson trail and spent the day forest bathing, turning it into a memorable Monday.
