We're accepting name submissions! A leafy little kitty has moved into the library this summer, so we've made it our mascot! What would you name it? Submit your name suggestion before May 14, and the shortlist for voting will be held May 18-22.

Thank you to everyone who helped us celebrate today, including Shenandoah Chamber, the City of Shenandoah, Friends of the Library - Shenandoah, IA, Pete Franks and Ethan Millar of Franks Design Group in Glenwood, IA, Elijah Bix of Bix Fabrication in Coin, IA and all of the many donors, volunteers, workers, patrons and community members. What a fabulous morning to celebrate what we can do as a community and how it enhances our town and our lives. Happy National Library Week!
