ONLINE RAFFLE GUIDELINES: ALL ONLINE PURCHASES MUST BE MADE WITH A DEBIT CARD. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase, except where specifically indicated. You must be a resident of Pennsylvania to purchase a ticket. Purchases are for virtual tickets. No physical tickets will be distributed. No refunds will be issued. If raffle winner is in violation of any of these guidelines, prize will b

e forfeited and a new winner drawn from the remaining ticket holders. Prizes not picked up within 10 days of notification will be forfeited. All rulings by the William Penn Fire Company are final.
