The department is also fortunate enough to have members that are EMT's and 2 members that are Paramedics. Shenandoah Fire also assists with mutual aid when other departments request assistance. The Shenandoah Fire Department is fortunate enough to be equipped with 8 specialty purposed fire apparatus, ranging from a 75 Foot aerial ladder truck to utility pickups that can extinguish brush fires and assist with traffic control on motor vehicle collisions. We would like to extend a sincere thank you to all of our team sponsors and hole sponsors who helped make our 2nd Annual Shenandoah Fire Department Golf Tournament a success. Your generosity and support played a vital role in helping us raise funds for our new brush truck through tournament registration fees and raffle ticket sales.

We would like to congratulate Todd Kellison and his teammates for getting 1st Place! 2nd Place was Team Mo Valley Tire! 3rd Place belonged to Police Chief Gray, Sergeant Cameron, City Administrator Lyman, and Street Department Director Foutch! We were able to get photos of the 2nd Place and 3rd Place teams, but the winners photo will have to be added later!

A special thank you goes to Elm Street Grill for providing a fantastic lunch for all of our participants, and to Shenandoah Golf Course for providing a beautiful course and outstanding hospitality throughout the day.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who came out to play in the tournament. We are incredibly grateful for the continued support from our community members, as well as those from outside the city limits who support our department and our mission. Your support allows us to continue improving our equipment and capabilities to better serve and protect our community.

Our Hole Sponsors yard signs will be included in the form of photos!

Thank you all for making this event such a tremendous success. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year!

After last night’s rain, the SFD 2nd Annual Golf Tournament is still on!

For those golfing today, please use the cart paths as much as possible. When you do need to drive on the course, please stay in the rough when you can and avoid any standing water.

We have a beautiful course here in Shenandoah, and we want to do our part to protect it.

Can’t wait to see everyone soon!

Exciting news! We are a month away from the 2nd Annual Fire Department Golf Tournament! We just want to remind those that are playing or are wanting to play, if you would fill out a registration form here at the fire station, print off a copy that I put in the comments, or sign up at the Shenandoah Golf Course, that would help us know numbers for how many golfers and golf carts we will need to provide! Also if you are a hole sponsor or wanting to be a hole sponsor, if you could send us a logo to [email protected], that would be great! If there are any questions or need anything from us regarding the golf tournament, don't hesitate to reach out to us! Thank you again for your continued support!
