Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
Severe weather warnings are in effects and it should be in the teens over the weekend. The shelter will opening tomorrow evening for a warming shelter per emergency management, and
The Red Cross will be manning the facility. We urge everyone to shelter in place and be safe and stay off of the roads. If the power stays on and is not interrupted, I would not anticipate
A big crowd, but it is much better to be prepared and not have to use it than not prepare and have a bad situation.
Be safe this weekend, and although each department makes their own call about travel and show up time, the consensus is that many are planning to show up at 10:00 a.m. and allow the
Ice to thaw.

Be safe.
