It’s national youth confidence day!
National Youth Confidence Day celebrates the energy, spirit and potential of young people.
We asked some of our students what they are good at. We enjoyed celebrating their confidence!! We know they all have many things they are good at and we love helping them in their journey to see their potential.

We didn't want to miss sharing this sweet moment. Last week it was national hug a Drummer Day. 🥁 Fun Fact - Assistant Principal Van Loon plays many instruments. He has a love for music. He is especially great at guitar, singing, piano and... being a drummer! Our students are loving these new principals!

If you have a student attending Shepherd Middle School who would like to honor a veteran, please let them know that a Google Form link was just sent to their school email account. The email will be from me (Griffin Bohannon). Students can fill out the form in order to have their veteran recognized in this year's Veteran's Day assembly slideshow. The deadline for submissions is November 4. Thank you!
