Liberty Dynamic is a rapid growth startup company providing advancements to non-lethal technology utilized by Law Enforcement and Military customers. Being a startup, our company has the unique opportunity to rethink the established industry norms and search for the latest technology.

The Manufacture Technician is a hands-on position on the assembly floor at Liberty Dynamic HQ. The Manufacture Technician will be responsible for operating and enhancing this production environment with a focus on efficiency, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.

Day to day:
• Assembly of production components to exacting standards
• Coordinate with the Production Manager to ensure on-time delivery
• Interpret design documents, specifications and manuals
• Follow work procedures to meet defined schedules
• Recommend and implement measures to improve production methods

Required Skills:
• 3+ years’ experience with component assembly (Hardware)
• Knowledge of electrical components and testing
• 1+ years’ experience soldering
• Hands on experience handling energetic material in lab (Preferred)

This may look like a simple video of a flashbang event, but take a closer look.... that is a 184db output! Minimal rolling, minimal smoke, no fire hazard and the flammable shirts on those mannequins are entirely undisturbed. The 'cool to the touch' outer casing was able to be retrieved immediately afterwards. is paving the way for non-lethal safety and defense.

The Safer, Smarter, Superior Diversonary Device

Liberty Dynamic's Safer, Smarter, Superior Diversion Device (DD) solves all the issues of existing DDs.

Existing DDs can be Dangerous and Costly as they have the potential for Secondary Fragmentation, Excessive Fire & Smoke, an Unreliable Fuse, and significant Operating & Training Costs.

The Liberty Dynamic DD solves all these issues with superior Safety, Design, and Efficiency. First the design uses a powerful and efficient airburst technology that mitigates secondary frag, fire, and smoke. This airburst also maintains the integrity of the shell, enabling cost-effective reloads for training. Finally, a customizable digital fuse provides zero delay deviation and the ability to adapt to unique deployments. For instance the devices can be remote no-drop deployed via sUAS platforms. The digital fuse also provides a render safe of 60 seconds.

The mechanics of the device are familiar and will require very minimal onboarding training by military and law enforcement operators.
