September is REALTOR® Safety Month, and all month long we're sharing tips to help you stay safe on the job.
First up: what to do before you meet a new client.

✅ Share your schedule - Text a friend, colleague, or family member the address, client name/number, and expected end time before every showing.
✅ Set a check-in time - Agree on a time you'll text "all good," with a backup plan if you don't check in.
✅ Verify before you meet - Ask for a phone number and a quick pre-qualification call before agreeing to meet anyone at a property alone.
✅ Park smart - Park facing the street so you can leave quickly if needed.

⭐Event Spotlight ⭐

A Night of Espionage - Dress in your best disguise and join us for a game of Espionage - social deduction game where an uninformed majority (Spies) tries to find hidden Double Agents, while the Double Agents try to secretly eliminate the Spies. Watch out, you don't want to get compromised during your investigation!

Game will be ticketed but event is free for all attendees! Silent raffle, table games and hors d'oeuvres provided during the event.

Drawing for the RPAC Raffle Trip will take place at the end of the night along with other themed prizes, including "Best Disguise"!
