2026 has been declared the International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists (IYRP) by the United Nations. This initiative aims to raise awareness about the critical role of healthy rangelands and sustainable pastoralism.

We've had a warm fall/early winter and lots of wind in parts of the state. If you don't have snow cover and the soil is dry, consider getting out the hose and giving your trees a drink (especially evergreens).
