Remember and Honor
As we enjoy the holiday weekend with family and friends, the members and families of the Shermans Dale Community Fire Company ask you to pause and join us in remembering the true meaning of Memorial Day.

Today, we stand in profound gratitude for the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation. It is because of their selflessness that we enjoy the freedoms we hold dear today.

To the fallen heroes, and the families they left behind: We will never forget.

This morning around 8 am, we were dispatched to the area of 4485 Spring Road (towards the top of the mountain) for a crash notification for an iPhone. We were able to locate the iPhone and bring it back to the firehouse. The screen is destroyed, but it does still ring. We would like to give it back to the rightful owner, so we will ask for identifying features of the case before handing it over. If this is your phone, please call the firehouse at 717-582-2575.

The phone outage has been resolved, please resume calling 911 and our normal non-emergency phone numbers. We continue to monitor the situation.
