Have you moved recently?

If you are registered to vote already in Arkansas but have recently moved counties, you can now update your voter registration information on Election Day. (Tuesday, March 3)

Act 372 of 2025 changed requirements for voters who moved within the state. Previously, voters had to update their voter registration no later than four days before an election.

A 2023 state law that made it exponentially harder for regular Arkansans to put issues before their fellow voters is definitely not legal, Pulaski County Circuit Judge Shawn Johnson ruled Friday.

An Arkansas judge has ruled a law that increased the amount of counties to collect signatures for ballot measures is unconstitutional.

Today, the Pulaski County Circuit Court ruled that Act 236 "clearly and unmistakably conflicts with the Arkansas Constitution." The League of Women Voters of Arkansas and Senator Bryan King filed this lawsuit in 2023 challenging Act 236 which increased the number of counties needed to qualify a ballot measure from 15 to 50. This is a HUGE win for all Arkansans!!!!!
