North Hills Services, Inc. Preschool/Daycare serving primarily developmentally delayed/disabled children. Our curriculum provides for development in all domains of learning.

In our Children's Development Center, children are taught the skills necessary for daily life at home and in the community, as well as preparation for kindergarten. If determined by a multi-disciplinary team, a child may receive specialized therapy in Occupational Therapy addressing the child’s fine motor and sensory development. The child may also qualify for Physical Therapy addressing gross mot

or development and Speech Therapy addressing communication and oral motor concerns. Day Habilitation (another form of treatment offered) takes place in our classrooms and addresses all areas of development including gross motor, fine motor, communication and socialization, cognition, and self-help skills. Our children range in developmental disabilities such as Autism, Down’s syndrome, Prader-Willi, and Global Developmental Delays. North Hills Services, Inc., is governed by a Board of Directors chosen for their interest in developmentally disabled children and their families, and for their commitment to community service. Stacy-Lynn Hobby is the Executive Director. Services, including transportation, are provided in the North Pulaski county area. North Hills Services is in compliance with Titles VI & VII of the Civil Rights Act and is operated, managed and delivers its services without regard to sex, race, color or National Origin. All PCSSD schools and district offices will be closed on Friday, January 30, due to continued hazardous road and weather conditions. All events and activities are canceled or will be rescheduled. The increased temperatures and sunlight have helped to thaw roadways, and our maintenance crews continue to make progress clearing sidewalks and parking lots at our facilities. Even with these improvements, many of our students and employees would still face potentially dangerous travel conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these difficult decisions. We plan to continue monitoring the weather and will provide future updates as needed.
