Shirley Cultural Council The goal of the Shirley Cultural Council is to help develop cultural programs in the Town of Shirley.

The mission of the Shirley Cultural Council is to promote excellence, access, education and diversity in the arts, humanities and sciences in order to improve the quality of life for Shirley residents and to contribute to the economic vitality of our community.
