After a few week break ( ugh weather ), After Baby Fit is back tomorrow to host our weekly outdoor fitness class - Mom Fit MKE.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Join us for the best fitness collab in town - an outdoor fitness class followed by a playtime reward 🤩 And yes, our coffee is still complimentary. 😘 Bonus - tomorrow morning’s weather looks ideal for a little sweat sesh.

🇺🇸 Walk in the Shorewood Parade with us! 🇺🇸

Starting at 1:30p on July 4th, kids should bring their vehicles of choice to decorate before the parade! Our FREE event is hosted at the old Kensington Liquors Parking Lot (4496 N Oakland Ave).

As the final group in the parade, kids can join us to show off their decorated wheels!! Our Little Sprouts Play Cafe team will be walking at the back of the parade and will wave families in. Join us as we walk the route!!

Grab your kids. Grab their bikes. It’s almost time for the Shorewood Criterium Cycling Classic!! 🚴 🚴‍♀️ 🚴‍♂️

And, we’re back hosting Kid’s Bike Decorating and the Kid’s Roll for the 7th year!!! I’d be lying if I said this wasn’t my favorite day of the year. Who else loves it?!?

Stop by the races Friday to join the fun. We’re next to our friends- North Shore Bank We’ll have all the supplies to decorate your kid’s bikes… plus the usual Little Sprouts extras. 😉 While at our tent, sign up participate in our Kid’s Roll.

✨ Each kid participating need to sign up ahead of time AT OUR TENT ( aka. in person ), needs a helmet, and will get a race number ( because it’s cute 🥰 ). Sign-ups close at 6p. Races start at 6:20p. ✨

We have four heats :
🏁 3-4 year olds
🏁 5-6 year olds
🏁 7-8 year olds &
🏁 9+ years old

See you there! I’ll be the slightly sweaty one in a neon vest and frizzy hair. 😂 It’s totally worth it.
