BIG REWARD FOR A LITTLE INFORMATION!

Shreveport Police Department needs your assistance in identifying an individual believed to be responsible for a shooting that occurred this afternoon at the Patzman Street Apartments.

During the incident, gunfire struck multiple apartments. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Detectives are releasing a photograph of the suspected shooter and are asking anyone who recognizes him or has information about the shooting to come forward.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Shreveport Police Department or Caddo Crime Stoppers. Tips to Crime Stoppers are always anonymous

Shreveport Police Department is seeking:

JAWUAN DOTIE (05/27/1990)

Arrest warrants obtained charging Dotie with:
• Domestic Abuse Battery with Serious Bodily Injury
• Domestic Abuse Battery, Second Offense

On July 24, 2026, the victim reported to officers that Dotie, the father of her child, had allegedly struck her multiple times in the face and kicked her while she was unconscious during an incident that occurred on July 19.

A witness was interviewed by officers and provided information that corroborated the victim’s account. Officers also documented significant bruising and swelling to the victim’s face.

The victim reported that she sought medical treatment and was diagnosed with a broken jaw.

Another Organized Retail Theft Suspect Sought

The Shreveport Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating 26-year-old Destiny Pinesett, who is wanted in connection with a series of organized retail thefts.

Investigators determined that merchandise stolen from Sam’s Club, Home Depot, and Best Buy was later advertised for sale on Pinesett’s personal page. The merchandise included Ninja Creami ice cream makers, Ninja Slushi machines, microwaves, and other unopened appliances.

Detectives also identified a Cash App account associated with Pinesett that was reportedly used to collect deposits for the stolen merchandise.

Pinesett has two prior arrests and convictions for theft.

She is described as a Black female with black hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs between 150 and 190 pounds.

On July 23, 2026, detectives obtained an arrest warrant charging Pinesett with three counts of organized retail theft.

Anyone with information concerning Pinesett’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Shreveport Police Department or Crime Stoppers. Those providing information through Crime Stoppers may remain anonymous.

WARRANT WEDNESDAY! DOUBLE THE REWARD!

LAMONDRE ALEX with HI-END FINISHERS - fraud suspect.

Shreveport Police Department Financial Crimes Task Force is asking for the public’s help locating Lamondre Alex, who is wanted for one count of felony theft involving a reported loss of $5,750.

Investigators say Alex, doing business as Hi-End Finishers, entered into a written agreement to complete home renovations. The victim paid Alex $5,000 for the work and an additional $750 for materials that Alex claimed he could purchase at a discounted price.

According to the investigation, Alex delivered only a small amount of material and never began the renovation work. Despite repeatedly promising to start the project—including scheduling a start date of July 20—Alex allegedly failed to appear.

Detectives obtained the written contract, Cash App payment records, text messages, photographs, and store receipts. Investigators also verified that only approximately $420 in purchases could be connected to Alex and that he is not licensed as a contractor in Louisiana.

Based on the evidence gathered, an arrest warrant was submitted, approved, and signed for Lamondre Alex on a charge of theft.
