HOPE clients and staff had fun yesterday and learned a lot about the 988 Helpline! 988 isn’t just for those who are suicidal…it’s for any mental health crisis. In fact, everyone wrote down reasons they might call 988.

St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church - Shreveport always takes up a collection at their annual 🇮🇹 St. Joseph’s Altar 🇮🇹 celebration. This year, HOPE Connections was selected as the recipient of those funds! 🎉🎉🎉

Surprise donations from our community allow us to provide critical support for people living unhoused in the extreme heat of ☀️summer☀️ as well as make the Safe Haven more of a comfort to the residents staying with us. 🏡
