🚧 From our partners at ODOT 🚧

📍 Starting overnight on Tuesday, July 14, crews will move the I-75 Southbound travel lane to the inside (left) side of the roadway.

🚗 During this time, Southbound traffic will be reduced to a single lane by utilizing the contraflow, and motorists will not have access to enter or exit at SR 47/Michigan Avenue.

✅ Once completed, Southbound traffic will resume with two lanes in its new configuration through Winter 2026.

🏗️ This traffic shift is necessary to allow crews to remove and replace the bridge deck in the right lane on I-75 South at Campbell Road.

🌦️ This work is dependent on weather.

😴 "I need another weekend."

If you spent the weekend at Country Concert, there's a pretty good chance the answer is all three! 🤠🎶

Now's the perfect time to start rehydrating because Mother Nature is turning the heat back up this week.

🌞 Here's what to expect:

• Tuesday: Sunny, high of 92°
• Wednesday: Sunny, high of 94° with heat index values approaching 100°
• Thursday: Sunny, high of 93°
• Friday: Sunny, high of 91°

If you're spending time outdoors this week:
💧 Drink plenty of water.
😎 Take frequent breaks in the shade or air conditioning.
🧴 Don't forget the sunscreen.
👵 Check on family, friends, and neighbors who may be more vulnerable to the heat.

Good morning & happy Saturday, friends! 👋

Who’s fueled by coffee, hydration, and pure determination today? ☕💧 We’ve made it to Day 3 of Country Concert! 🤠

Just like yesterday, it’ll be another day to keep an eye on the radar as the weather remains active.

A few isolated showers and perhaps a stray thunderstorm are possible this morning, but shower and thunderstorm coverage will increase this afternoon before gradually tapering off late this evening.

The atmosphere is very moisture-rich, so any thunderstorm that develops will be capable of producing heavy rainfall in a short amount of time. This could lead to ponding on roadways, localized flooding, and isolated flash flooding, especially in areas where storms repeatedly track over the same location.

Stay weather-aware, stay hydrated, and have an amazing final day of Country Concert!

🌧️ Late Night Weather Update

We’re keeping an eye on a strong, non-severe shower that’s currently tracking southeast across Mercer County and heading toward Shelby County.

Based on the latest information from the National Weather Service, if the cell maintains its current track, it could reach the Country Concert grounds around 1:00 AM. That said, these storms have been weakening much faster than they were earlier this evening, with several dissipating quickly. Because of that, confidence in exact timing and rainfall totals remains low.

For perspective, around 0.5” of rain has fallen in Celina in about 45 minutes with this cell.

As always, if you’re at the grounds, be prepared for a period of heavy rain if this shower holds together.

We hope you all enjoyed the concert tonight! 🎶🤠

⚠️ Heads up, Country Concert!

A slow-moving storm is moving into Shelby County and is heading toward the Country Concert grounds.

Because this storm is moving very slowly, periods of heavy rainfall are expected over the next hour or so. Rainfall totals of 0.50 to 1.00 inch are possible.

If you’re on the concert grounds, be prepared for brief heavy downpours, reduced visibility, and ponding of water in low-lying areas.

🎶 Alabama takes the stage tonight, but Mother Nature may try to sneak in for an opening act.

As mentioned this morning, isolated pop-up showers were possible today, and we’re starting to see those develop across the area.

🌦️ Here’s the latest radar check!

These hit-or-miss showers are expected to continue through the evening. If you happen to get caught under one, the primary threat will be brief, heavy rainfall.

Keep an eye on the radar if you’re heading out!

🌤️ Happy Friday! Country Concert is in full swing!

The good news is we’ll see more dry time than rain today, but can't completely rule out a few pop-up showers or thunderstorms. Not everyone will see rain, and many locations will remain dry throughout the day.

The greatest chance for storm activity will be across west-central and central Ohio this afternoon into the evening. A few storms could produce gusty winds, but the primary concern will be heavy downpours, which may lead to brief ponding on roadways and isolated flooding.

Have a great Friday and enjoy the concert! 🎶
