We had a great time at the Symposium in Helena last week on the beautiful Carroll College Campus. We networked, we played, we learned, we had cake, and finally met as a complete team. Thank you Brooke, Amira, Campbell and Colleen for your tireless service and passion for helping others. It is an honor to serve with you.

As we close out another great week at the ServeMontana Symposium we look back to our 2022 Symposium. It's always fun to meet AmeriCorps members across the state of Montana, but also see the other side of the state. Montana is big, and all of it is beautiful.

What do you love about your small town? Share the magic of what you love most about your community. Inspire others to see the beauty and share that with others. AmeriCorps members always leave with a new appreciation and understanding for the joys and struggles of rural life. It is always so fun to see their opinions change and their minds opened to new ideas and new ways of life.

Many of the members have had limited professional experience and they are eager to learn from inspiring supervisors to teach, mentor and coach them to be ready for the next steps in their career. Members move on to greater things, and they take what they have learned from their leaders and communities to inspire others.
