There is less than 30 days to file your Personal Property with the Assessor’s Office!

We offer 3 Options of filing your Personal Property Return with our office:

1. Come into our office with your Personal Property forms and DEPRECIATION SCHEDULE.

2. Mail us your Personal Property form and DEPRECIATION SCHEDULE. (Our address is 1000 10th AVE PO BOX 217 Sidney, NE 69162)

3. File Online: www.personalpropertyonline.us by attaching your DEPRECIATION SCHEDULE and using the PIN # located after your Schedule #170—in the upper right-hand corner of your Personal Property form.

DEADLINE TO FILE IS MAY 1ST, 2026! If you file AFTER May 1st, your existing items and new items will receive a 10% Penalty.

Attention all customers: It is that time of year again. On 1/30/2026, we mailed out everyone's Personal Property Schedules along with the below letter. Starting this year, Cheyenne County Assessor's office is now offering the option to file your Personal Property online. It is also a requirement to file a DEPRECIATION WORKSHEET along with your schedule.
