Sidney Community Library Although the smallest library in the Illinois Heartland system, we have a lot to offer. Wi-fi, b If we do have it, we sell it to buy new items.

HOURS- Monday- Friday 1 pm - 6 pm Saturday 9-noon in Sidney, Illinois just southeast of the University of Illinois, the Sidney Community Library is small but connected to all the libraries in the Illinois Heartland Library System. We are in the middle of a long term expansion and our fundraising campaign is ongoing to pay for the renovation of an old building in the downtown area. We want to

grow with the town to remain a useful resource for everyone. We accept donation of books, DVDs and audio-books every day during normal business hours. If we do not already have the item, we will put it on the shelves for others to enjoy.
