NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Sidney Housing Authority will be accepting sealed bids for the following project: Canterbury Estates – New Construction - including 2 – 4 plexes & 1 duplex. The address for the project is 2450, 2460 & 2470 Canterbury Lane, Sidney, Ne. Sealed bids on the following items: Site Utility, Foundation, Concrete Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, Roofing, Masonry, Drywall, Flooring, Landscaping and Materials. Bid packets will be available starting Friday, June 29, 2018 at the Sidney Housing Authority office 2459 11th, Sidney, Ne. daily from 9:30-10:30. The price for the packet is $20.00 non-refundable. Bids must be submitted on forms provided and must be accompanied by a Bid Security Bond, payable to Sidney Housing Authority, for five percent (5%) of the bid or a Certified Check for five percent (5%), payable to Total Quality Maintenance, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract with Total Quality Maintenance, in accordance with the bid. Successful Bidders shall be required to provide a Performance Bond for the amount equal to 100% of the total construction contract; to assure Bidder performs contracted work. Bids will be accepted at Western Heritage Office: 2459 11th, Sidney, Ne. through July 20, 2018 @ 12:00 Noon. Bids will be publicly opened at 1:00 PM at Western Heritage Office: 2459 11th, on July 20, 2018.
