🍂 Area 1 residents: This weekend is a great time to get your leaves ready!

Leaf pickup begins Monday, October 19, in Area 1. Please have leaves ready before crews arrive—don’t wait until you see the trucks.

Keep leaves out of the road, separate from brush, and clear of sidewalks, drainage ditches, and storm drains.

🍂 Leaf pickup begins Monday, October 19, in Area 1! Crews will then move through Areas 2–5 in order.

Area 1 signs were flipped open this week to give advance notice. “Leaf Pickup in This Area Next” means get ready—not that pickup is happening that day. A closed sign alone does not confirm your street has been collected.

Have leaves ready before crews arrive. Keep them out of the road, separate from brush, and clear of sidewalks and drainage areas.

George Bodine marked 8 years with Signal Mountain Public Works earlier this month!

Eight years of hard work and service is something to celebrate! We’re grateful for the experience George brings to our crew and the effort he puts into taking care of our Town every day.
