Chicken breast and drumsticks
Burger
pork chops and tenderloin
Po***ck, catfish and fish sticks
Brats
fresh fruit and vegetables
oil
cereal
canned beans and dry beans
rice and pasta
Mac and cheese
flour
pasta sauce and diced tomatoes
canned vegetables and soups
canned fruits
juice
bread's and pastries
I'm sure I have forgotten something.

tuna, canned chicken and pork
