As our nation celebrates independence this July 4th, El Refugio wants to shine a light on a freedom that too many people are still fighting for - freedom from domestic violence! We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to State Representative Luis Terrazas for his efforts in securing GRO funding for our organization. Through his leadership and advocacy, we were able to purchase a 2025 Ford Maverick, which will greatly enhance our ability to serve our community.
