ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: Building off the gains but, a shift in mindset on addressing the gaps. Our organization focuses on creating and embracing a new agenda for MBE's in order to achieve transformative growth. EMPLOYMENT: We seek to work in collaboration with state and local workforce agencies to raise the quality and standards of the supply and demand side of the workforce equation in order to build a stronger overall economy. EDUCATION: Since collaboration produces the best results, we will work with all stake holders to boost student achievement and to address disparities among students enrolled in Montgomery County Public Schools.
