Good morning everyone,

We are super excited to announce to you all that we have started digging the ground( foundation) for our outpatient mental health clinic in Liberia. We would like to thank God for his goodness! A big thanks to all of our sponsors who contributed toward Phase 1 of our building project; we would not have been able to do it without your support. Guess what? Phase 1 will be completed soon and we will be jumping right into phase 2 with a food sale. Please come and support us on May 20th, 2023 from 12:00 Noon- 5:00 PM. Thanks again for believing in the vision and supporting the work.

The WHY of EYM. Why do we do what we do? Why EYM? Why mental health? Why children and elderly? Why families in need?

We do what we do because we have a mission to serve our communities and nations. We do what we do because our mission is to give everyone an equal opportunity to a quality healthcare, education and other opportunities. We do what we do because our mission is to treat everyone with respect and dignity and that includes people who are suffering from mental illnesses. We do want we do because one of our biggest goal is to give everyone access to equal, quality and affordable healthcare including mental health services.

We are about to launch phase 2 of our fundraising campaign to support our building project. Are you aware that we broke ground to start our building project of a clinic in Clay Ash-land in Liberia? Guess what? That entire community including near by villages have no clinic or access to healthcare. Not only will EYM be building a clinic, this clinic will also provide mental services.

What is your WHY in life? As you think about your why, think about ways to support phase 2 of our fundraising campaign.

Day 1 of Embrace Your Mind Foundation Mini-Conference was a success. We went to Arthington/Clay Ashland area and distributed rice, toiletries and school supplies. Through this we also educate about mental health in order to break the stigma. Our hospital which we are in the process of breaking ground will be built in this city.

EYM Official statement for Mr. Wilmot Benson homegoing

Embrace Your Mind Foundation is saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Wilmot Benson. Mr.
Benson was pivotal in our organization's success with our Annual conference that took place in Liberia 2019. He led the team in Liberia and planned the entire conference coordinating with the team in the US, to ensure the events were a success. He made sure the event ran smoothly, and sacrificed his time and energy. He believed in our vision, and wanted better for our mama Liberia.

We were in the middle of planning our upcoming 2020 conference with him when we heard of his passing and were very shocked. While we are deeply saddened to hear the news, Mr. Wilmot lived a great legacy and we will always remember him in our organization. He truly contributed to our success and we will forever be grateful. Rest In Peace.
