Celebrate Charles Goodman’s Wheatoncrest Mid Century Modern Homes on a walking tour Saturday. April 18th

Join us for the kickoff of the Goodman75 celebration! This year Glenmont Forest Neighbors Civic Association (GFNCA) is presenting a series of events to showcase the 75th anniversary of Charles Goodman Mid Century Modern homes in our community. The first event is a walking tour exploring the 20+ homes in the neighborhood on Henderson, Ivanhoe and Harris. This is an opportunity to see original Goodman homes and renovated versions as they have been modified over the past several decades. Feel the sense of pride these homeowners and residents share with our neighbors.

REMINDER TONIGHT!: You are invited to attend the GFNCA All Neighbors Information Meeting 10/21

Hi, this is a reminder that the Glenmont Forest Neighbors Civic Association (GFNCA) will be holding its next All Neighbors General Membership Information meeting TONIGHT Monday, October 21st. It will be held at the Wheaton Library, 1st floor Multipurpose room from 6:00 – 7:30 pm. Translation and light snacks will be provided by Carmen Hernandez and Impact Silver Spring, Thank You!

During the meeting you will hear from the office of Councilmember Natali Fani-Gonzalez and the 4D Police Department. You will also learn about the many new activities and resources in the area as well as have an opportunity to express your concerns, issues, suggestions and comments about the neighborhood and how GFNCA can help.

RECORDATORIO ESTE NOCHE!: Está usted Invitado a asistir a la reunión informativa para todos los vecinos de la Asociación de Vecinos de Glenmont Forest (GFNCA) el día 21 de octubre, 2024; de 6:00pm. a 7:30pm en la Sala de Usos Múltiples, ubicada en la primera planta de la Biblioteca de Wheaton.
Durante la reunión, escuchará a representantes de la oficina de la concejal Natali Fani-Gonzalez, al Departamento de Policía de Distrito 4 en Wheaton.
También aprenderá sobre las nuevas actividades y recursos en el área, así como también tendrá la oportunidad de expresar sus inquietudes, problemas, sugerencias y comentarios sobre el vecindario y cómo GFNCA puede ayudar.
