Thank you to The Hooligans, Anne Arundel County Professional Firefighters, and the Anne Arundel County Firefighters’ Emerald Society for putting together such a meaningful hockey game in honor of Chris Higgins.

What you all did went far beyond a hockey game. You brought the fire service and community together to support Chris’s brothers from his shift and help make it possible for them to travel to Colorado Springs to attend his memorial service.

It’s moments like this that remind us what the fire service family is all about—showing up, standing together, and taking care of our own.

Thank you to everyone who played, volunteered, donated, attended, and helped make this event possible. Your generosity and support mean more than words can express.

Last night while members of A-Shift were sitting down for dinner, Charlie from cleancutcreations came by the firehouse to drop off a gift honoring our fallen brother, Chris Higgins. Charlie made this logo for the Company when Chris passed away and apparel adorned with this logo was sold to help the Higgins family. This sign has already found a place on the wall where it will be displayed to honor Chris and his sacrifice.

Please go check out cleancutcreations and support this incredible fireman owned business. The Greatest Show on Earth.
