FREE classes for older adults! We’ve partnered with the UNR Sanford Center for Aging to offer Healthy Steps for Older Adults and Living Well with Chronic Conditions at the Silver Springs Senior Center. Register online or call 775-577-5014 for help signing up.

Fit & Strong and Diabetes Self-Management Program are only held virtually but you don't have to be! If your computer skills stop at "turn it on and hope", come to the Silver Springs Senior Center--we'll give you a spot (and a pep talk, if needed!).
