**Marriage Retreat | MAY 15-17**

Step away from the noise and to an upscale hotel for a weekend designed just for you and your spouse.

Join us at our venue in Kirkland, WA for a meaningful time of **reconnection, growth, and intentional rest**. This retreat blends practical marriage education with space to simply enjoy one another—whether that’s through guided sessions, quiet conversations, or a relaxing date night at in beautiful Kirkland, WA.

• Engaging and encouraging marriage-focused sessions
• Time to reconnect and strengthen your relationship
• Built-in date opportunities in a peaceful, scenic setting

Whether your marriage needs a reset, a boost, or just some uninterrupted time together—this weekend is for you.

This retreat of for legally married couples. Hotel and food are provided. There is no childcare offered and children are not allowed to be present at the treat.

CREDO NW will be conducting an ASIST Workshop 07-08 May 2026 at the NBK Chapel. We currently have 30 seats available.

You will learn how to do an intervention with someone who is actively thinking about su***de.

This is a available for any Sailor, Marine, Coastguardsman, DOD employee or military dependent.

Life moves fast.
Between work, kids, and the constant demands of military life, it’s easy for even strong relationships to drift into autopilot.

This retreat is an opportunity to pause…
to step away from the noise…

Our next Pacific Northwest retreat is June 5–7, and it is already beginning to fill.
After this, we will not host another local retreat until late fall.

Military families face real-world stress every day — deployments, training cycles, relocations, and uncertainty about the future. These pressures don’t just affect the mission; they affect relationships at home. The Get Better Together couples study is designed to help strengthen and protect military relationships in the face of these challenges. Couples receive compensation for completing the study surveys.

Couples who participate may be selected to attend a FREE weekend relationship retreat, where they’ll learn practical tools to improve communication, build resilience, and deepen connection. Couples selected for the retreat will enjoy a weekend stay at the Heathman Hotel in Kirkland, Washington, just steps from Lake Washington and the Kirkland waterfront. A childcare stipend is available for couples selected to attend this retreat.

WE HAVE 10 SPOTS LEFT!

CREDO NW will be conducting an ASIST Workshop 12-13 March 2026 at the NBK Chapel. We currently have 30 seats available.

You will learn how to do an intervention for someone who is actively thinking about su***de.

If there are any Sailors, Marines or Coastguardsmen that have taken or plan on taking a safeTALK T4T in the future, an ASIST Workshop within the last two years is a requirement. Livingworks will allow participants of the safeTALK T4T up to 90 days from completing the T4T to attend an ASIST Workshop.

This workshop will also fulfill one of the requirements for Sailors and Marines who are working toward being a part of the Green Ribbon Program for their command. Therefore, if you have people that are working toward getting the prerequisites for becoming a Green Ribbon Representative for their command, this would be one of the prerequisites.
