Andy Ulven moved to Silverton from Minnesota as a young man, built a life and a business here, and never stopped giving—quietly supporting SACA, Sheltering Silverton, the Oregon Garden, Legacy Health, and dozens of other organizations that make this community what it is. Named Silverton's First Citizen in 2025, Andy doesn't call it "giving back." He simply calls it giving.
