Although it is not possible to assist everyone, we appreciate the support of the community and our Diocese in continuing the Mission of the Cottage project at St Edward's Episcopal.

Good Evening. No doubt if you live in or drive in the area of Silverton where St Edwards is located you noticed a sign in the front of the building Looked like this.

We just wanted to settle any concerns you may have had. Tuesday night, Nov 12 was the annual review for the conditional use permit. We are delighted to report that it passed unanimously. Thank You Silverton for supporting this project.

The Marion County Housing Authority (MCHA) is pleased to announce the opening of the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) waiting lists for the following properties:

1. Colonia Unidad Apartment Community
o Address: 1750 Park Avenue, Woodburn, OR 97071
o Unit Details: Fourteen (14) two- and three-bedroom units with project-based voucher assistance.
2. Twilight Courts Apartment Community
o Address: 811 S. Water Street, Silverton, OR 97381
o Unit Details: Thirty (30) one-bedroom units with project-based voucher assistance.

Application Details:
• Availability Date: Applications will be available starting Monday, July 15, 2024, from 8:00 AM.
• Application Locations: In-person at the MCHA office, 2645 Portland Road NE, Suite 200, Salem, OR 97301, or online at Marion County Housing Authority, https://www.marioncountyha.org.

AIR Conditioners were added to each unit Summer of 2023. We are so glad at this point in time that was done.

We are so happy to be here and providing the services we had originally envisioned. So much has happened between the time we had our original neighborhood informational meeting and today. Thank you all for supporting us. Watch for further updates.

Such great News!! The Second one of our guests at St. Edward's Cottages has been approved for their permanent housing in their own apartment. This is our WHY!!Thank you to the Community members who have supported us along the way.

St. Edwards and Sheltering Silverton are working closely to open these cottages this year! We are all so grateful for past community support. The cottages are just lovely and we so look forward to helping out some of our unhoused neighbors with this program.
